The elastic legs are perfect for baby thighs, and it has a sweet vintage look. I ordered a size 1 for my boy who is currently just moved into a 0. the straps are tightened all the way and there is plenty of room to grow in the waist and thigh elastic. It was too cute not to put on him, and he isn't swimming in it with the straps tightened. Love it!!"
