What is the fit of Jamie Kay garments?

All items are true to size based on an average sized child. We have a size guide on each listing to help you make the correct decision for your child.

Do I have to pay any tax on my purchases?

For purchases outside of New Zealand you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders. If your order is being shipped to the United States, you may also be required to pay a State-based Sales Tax at checkout based on the State you are shipping to. 

If I pre order an item and I order an in stock item, when will delivery be?

We will send your order in full once pre order item has arrived

Shipping Insurance

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to organise their own shipping insurance. We do not cover insurance, duty or taxes in the shipping component that is paid during checkout.

What are my payment options?

Paypal & Credit Card. We also offer Afterpay

Can I buy a gift card?
Yes of course! However during promotional periods gift cards will not be available to purchase. 


What currency are your prices in?

All prices on this website are listed in USD

What if I enter an incorrect address by mistake?

If an order is delivered to an incorrect address and needs to be sent again, you will be charged for the additional delivery as well.

I would like to cancel my order?
Unfortunately we do not provide order cancellations due to how quickly our stock can move through. However should an order need to be cancelled a fee will be passed on to the customer. 
This fee is what our web host charges us to process your payments and orders. Upon cancelling an order we will no longer get this fee back .
I just received an email advising me that an item in my order was out of stock - What can I do?
Unfortunately due to the large amount of orders we process and heavy sales periods where we get thousands of orders placed at one time sometimes we get an oversell on a product or we may recall a product. We will automatically process your order and keep it moving through the warehouse by refunding you of the missing item and completing the rest of your order. Unfortunately we cant put the order aside and allow the option to swap for something else as we are processing so many orders so frequently. 

Mix & Match Bundle FAQs


How do I purchase a Mix & Match bundle?
Simply find the bundle you are interested in, add the products that you want, and then click on 'Add Bundle To Cart'. Please note that each bundle will have specific limits on it to ensure that you have the correct amount of items in your bundle before allowing you to add it to cart.

Can I use discount codes on top of Mix & Match bundles?
No, Mix & Match bundles cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes. 

Can I buy Mix & Match bundles on the Jamie Kay app?
Unfortunately, Mix & Match bundles are not available on our app at this stage, you can only purchase them through the website. 

Can I buy multiple Mix & Match bundles? 
Yes! Simply add them to your cart as you would with individual products. 

Can I mix sizes within my bundle?
Yes! You can select the size of every item that you add to your bundle.

Can I purchase items individually also?
Yes! Bundles are completely optional, all products will also be available individually while stock lasts. 

How long is bundle pricing available? 
Mix & Match bundles will be available while stock lasts - which may not be very long!

Will you restock items that sell out? 
No, we will not be restocking items - so once they're gone, they're gone. 

Can I return an item from a Mix & Match Bundle?
Please note that if you wish to return a product from within a bundle due to a change of mind, then please follow the standard returns process as documented on our Returns policy, ensuring all items are as new and in their original packaging.  If you are returning a bundle item that is either faulty or due to a change-of-mind, please be aware that once your return is processed you will receive a store credit for the discounted value of the product, not the full RRP of the individual item.
