"Last purchase went well. Unfortunately the size wasn’t correct and I contacted you to exchange it to one size up. The answer: not available for returns as it was a discount item. Also advising to be sure about sizing when buying it (it was a gift for my nephew that lives far away, shouldn’t be a big deal to just change for a different size?). I didn’t want to return, just change the size of the item. Maybe a bit more understanding from JK would be good."
