• Promo codes will only be provided via email and also in the Facebook VIP Group - make sure you are signed up to both to ensure you get the codes. 
• Emails will all be sent at 1:55pm 14/3/23 (PT), but please be aware that we cannot control when you receive them - this will depend on your email provider and settings. 
• Promo codes exclude gift cards, February - Part One & February - Part Two Collection items (but include Clearance items)
• Promo codes are restricted to the stated number of uses, there will be no exceptions. However the 30% off code has unlimited uses until 11:59pm Friday 17th March 2023 (NZT)
• The 30% off discount code will be deactivated at 11:59pm on Friday 17th March 2023 (NZT)
• Please note our Race codes tend to be used very quickly, so we advise that you act fast when you receive the email with the codes 
• We recommend placing orders using the credit card payment method - if you choose to use a different payment gateway (Afterpay, Paypal etc) this may add additional delays which cause you to miss out on the discount code
• Please ensure that the code is applied before you check out - discounts can not be applied retrospectively
• Promo codes can be applied on top of existing sale prices
• Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with another promo code - only one can be used per transaction. Please note you cannot use your loyalty rewards in conjunction with a Race promo code, as the system can only handle one code or the other
• Promo codes are limited to one use per code per customer. Except the 30% off code has unlimited uses until 11:59pm Friday 17th March 2023 (NZT)
• If the code is not accepted at checkout, then it is most likely that the code you are attempting to use has already been claimed. Once each code is exhausted, no more will be issued. 
• If you receive any unexpected errors at the checkout, chances are that someone has already claimed the code before you - we suggest you try another one quickly!
• Please note that during periods of high activity, our Customer Service response time will be slower than usual - please allow extra time for responses. 
• Promo code total figures include both NZ and US website allocations
• Please note that due to the high volume of orders, it may take longer than usual to get your orders dispatched. We will be working to get them out as quickly as we can!
• Please ensure that you read our Returns policy regarding Sale items
• If you spend under the shipping requirements to your country, you will need to pay shipping. The shipping cost calculation is based on the actual amount you pay, not the original value of your cart
