Jamie Kay clothing generally runs true to size—but we know every baby grows at their own unique pace! Because a ribbed bodysuit fits differently than a knit cardigan, you will find a custom size guide with specific measurements on every single product page.

If you are ever between sizes or unsure, we always recommend sizing up to ensure your little one has plenty of room to wiggle, grow, and stay comfortable.

Because our garments are designed to become treasured family heirlooms passed down through generations, proper care is essential. We formulate our washing instructions specifically to protect the integrity of our natural fibres.

• Organic Cotton: Gentle machine wash and line dry in the shade.
• Cotton Muslin: Gentle hand wash (or gentle machine wash in a laundry bag) and line dry in the shade only.
• Cotton Knitwear: Gentle hand wash (or machine wash on cold) and line dry in the shade only. We recommend washing and drying within the same day.
• Cotton Rib Essentials: Gentle machine wash and line dry in the shade.

We want you and your little one to completely love your purchase. If you need a different size, colour, or style, we gladly offer returns for store credit within 21 days of purchase for all change-of-mind items.

Once your item has been received back into our warehouse, it will be processed and a store credit will be issued to the value of the original purchase price of your return. You can then use this credit to repurchase in the size, colour, or style you desire.

Why Store Credit Only? Because our collections are produced in intentional, limited runs and experience incredibly high demand, items sell out quickly. Providing store credit ensures you can immediately secure the exact available size, colour, or new-arrival piece you want.

Yes, absolutely. We choose our fabrics specifically with sensitive skin in mind, focusing on pure, plant-based natural fibres that let little skin breathe. Many synthetic fabrics can trap heat and trigger flare-ups, which is why we prioritise materials that help keep skin calm and comfortable.

• Organic Cotton: Naturally soft and gentle on delicate skin. Grown without toxic pesticides or synthetic fertilisers and free from harmful chemicals.
• Premium Cotton: Beautifully soft and naturally breathable, helping prevent overheating and irritation.
• Cotton Modal: Exceptionally smooth and silky against the skin. Naturally moisture-wicking to help keep little ones dry and comfortable throughout the day.
