Terms & Conditions

The grand prize winner is the person who has the most successful referrals from 11:00am 26/5/24 until 11:59pm 30/5/24 (NZT). A successful referral is defined as a new customer who has completed their first purchase during the stated competition window, and correctly uses the referral code when completing their purchase. All new customers must have unique email addresses, IP addresses, and delivery addresses, and have never placed an order with Jamie Kay before to qualify. Fraudulent referrals will be monitored and excluded from the competition automatically. Maximum possible number of referrals is capped at 100 x successful referrals - if more than one customer reaches 100 x valid referrals during the competition window, the prize will be awarded to the first customer to do so. Prize consists of 1 x NZD$1000 for the winner, and 1 x NZD$50 Jamie Kay voucher for each of their referred customers who made a purchase (up to a maximum of 100 x $50 vouchers). Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
