Black Friday FAQS
If you have ordered in our Black Friday sale 28th November to 3rd November 2019. Please read below:
How do i contact customer service? - Please email orders@ jamiekay.co.nz
Please do not send us the same email/ query across all social channels or email us multiple times. This will only make the process longer and it automatically moves your lodgement to the end of the Que.
Can i cancel my order? Unfortunately no, orders cannot be cancelled.
Can i make changes to my Order? - No changes can be made. Due to the large influx of activity on our website and stock movements we suggest keeping the order you have placed and simply returning the items you no longer need.
How long will it take to process? Processing time is expected to be 7-10 Working days.
Will Items be reserved in my cart? No Items are not secured until you pay for them
Can i use Afterpay , Laybuy etc? - Yes of course! However please note using a payment option that takes you off site can add delays in the order confirmationthat are outside of our control. This could result in items selling out while you are purchasing.
Someone ahead of me already has their shipping notification, when will i get mine? - Please do not worry. Our new warehouse system means that rather than packing in chronological order we pack systematically and more efficiently. Your order will be on it's way asap.
Returns and exchanges - As per our standard policy we will not accept returns on sale items unless they are faulty. To which we will happily help find a solution for you.
Will i get Taxes & Duty Fees? - Yes if you live in a country outside of New Zealand ( where we ship from ) then you may be subject to duty & taxes on your order import.These vary by country and every country also has a different threshold. Please look into this prior to buying as we cannot recall an order once sent
