Our Black Friday Sale starts at 1pm PST on Sunday 20/11/22.

No, items are only secured once you have succesfully completed and paid for your order. 

We estimate that it will take up to 10 business days to dispatch your Black Friday orders from the day you place your order.

We will email you with tracking information as soon as your item is dispatched, and aim to keep in touch if there are any additional delays.

Rest assured, we will be working as fast as we can to get your orders to you!

Nice try! We will be releasing the deals on Sunday afternoon at 1pm.

However, if you want to be the first to view the deals 24 hours in advance of everyone else, you can sign up to our email list here!

Yes! Gift cards can be used (one per transaction) as a normal payment method during this Sale.

1. Make sure your address details are all up to date in your account

2. Claim any Loyalty Rewards you want to spend before the Sale launches

3. Try to get some sleep

Yes! Loyalty Points will be earned as per normal, however your notifications and points adjustments may take a little longer to process due to the traffic volume on the website. 

Due to high volumes, we cannot cancel or edit your order once it is placed.

Please choose carefully, as per our Returns policy there are no returns on Sale items unless they are found to be faulty. All sales for clearance,  promotional and discounted stock are final and no exchanges can be processed.

Unfortunately we are unable to make any amendments to orders once placed due to the volume we process daily. Please ensure to review your orders carefully before confirming at the checkout. 

Unfortunately we are not able to combine your orders or refund shipping. Please ensure to only place the one order if you do not want to pay for multiple shipping charges.
